At The Lumi Whale, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully happy with your order, we’re here to help.


🛍️ Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available for items returned within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required to process a refund.

📦 Return Process
Contact our support team at thelumiwahle@gmail.com to initiate a return.
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive return instructions, including the return address.
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

⏳ Refund Timeline
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

❌ Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:

Sale or discounted items
Gift cards
Perishable or custom-made products 
Any item not in original condition, or returned beyond the 30-day window

💡 Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

First, recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There’s often some processing time before a refund is posted.
